Workplace Booking Apps Overview

About the Workplace Booking Apps
The Biamp Workplace Booking mobile and browser-based web apps are the primary platform for end-users to book and view information about bookable meeting rooms, work desks, and parking spaces in a Workplace system. Additionally, management and configuration tools are available to organization owners and administrators using the mobile version of the app.
End-User functions

Room, desk, and parking space booking: Users can view the availability of Workplace rooms, desks, and parking spaces and book or check into these spaces.

Version v5.0.0 and higher provides a feature to search for available booking spaces.

View and use interactive floor plans: Floor plans can be viewed and used for floor locations that have a configured Location plan.

Manage personal Workspace digital identification: A user can set their personal PIN and activate an NFC card. Activation requires an NFC-capable phone for organizations with digital identification requirements enabled.
Administrative-user functions
In addition to the end-user functions, organization owners and admins can use the mobile app version to perform the following operations for organizations they have rights in:

Discovering and adding booking devices: Owners and admin role users can discover and add Evoko Kleeo and Naso booking devices to organizations.

Creating NFC cards: Organization owners and admins can use the Biamp Workplace Booking app to create NFC cards to use in organizations with RFID identification requirements enabled.
Availability
The Biamp Workplace Booking mobile app is available on Apple's App Store and Google Play. The web app version is available in the organization web portal console under the Apps tab.
Admin device and system management functions
