Biamp License Manager Portal Overview

The License Manager web portal is used by authorized resellers and distributors to purchase licenses from Biamp and then transfer these licenses to customers' Workplace organizations. Note: If you are a Workplace organization owner or administrator looking to purchase licenses for your organization, please see Acquiring Licenses for an Organization. Biamp does not sell licenses directly to customers.

Please note that:

  • Access to the License Manager portal is by invitation.

  • An invitation is obtained by filling out the request form presented when signing into the portal for the first time. 

  • Once you are authorized as a reseller and set up in the portal, you will be able to purchase and transfer licenses. 

  • Gaining and keeping access to the License Manager portal requires having a Biamp Workplace Account and being a member of at least one Biamp Workplace organization. This membership can be in a placeholder organization created by a reseller or their employer to provide uninterrupted and assured access.
