Other Actions Guide
After creating and building a Workplace organization, the optional "Other actions" guide walks administrative the administrative user or owner through additional steps to finish building out the organization.
Reminder: Biamp recommends having user email lists and images ready for this stage of setting up an organization. Recommended Preparations
Steps preview
1. Invite users to the organization. This can include admin and end-users.
2. Add floor plans to help users find bookable spaces as well as create administrative maps showing the location of individual audiovisual and booking devices.
3. Add an overview screen to show floor layouts and bookable locations to visitors.
Guide location
Access the "Other actions" guide by selecting the "?" questionmark icon in the search bar ribbon near the top of the organization's admin console page.

Inviting users
The User page can be accessed by clicking on the "Invite users" button in the Guide or by selecting the Users tab in the console navigation pane.
Batch adding users
Third-party integrations: Biamp Workplace uses GraphQL for API integration with third-party solutions, including Google and Microsoft identity provider services. The Getting started guides do not cover API integrations.

Adding individual users
Individual users can be invited to the organization and roles assigned using the organization console's user page. Please see: Inviting New Users.
Add floor plans
Floor plans are added to existing building floors found under the organization console's Locations page. Clicking the "Add Plans" button in the "Other actions" guide jumps to the Locations page.

Add overview screens
Selecting the Add overview screens button jumps to the Overview screens page under the Screens tab. Administrative users can use this page to design an overview screen to show users information on desks and rooms in the system.
